Born in Zurich in the early 90s. After graduating from high school, compulsory search, internship in television and co-founding of the FILMKULTURVEREIN NEBELZONE. Studying film at the Zurich University of Arts since 2017. Degree in screenwriting and editing. Now working as a freelance editor and documentary film director in the style of direct cinema. Valentin is a junior Member of the VERBAND FILMREGIE UND DREHBUCH SCHWEIZ.

In his documentaries, Valentin likes to observe quiet everyday situations and aims to give unheard people a strong voice. Furthermore his goal is to offer the viewer a less fatalistic vision of the future and explore the opportunities that lie in change.
